SHIPPING
Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders. Express shipping options are available at an additional cost, allowing you to receive your purchase at your convenience.
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.
- Express Shipping: Orders are processed within 1 day and delivered within 3-5 business days. A convenience fee might apply.
International Shipping: We currently don't offer international shipping through the website. Please contact our Customer Service team.
Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You may monitor your order's journey via the provided tracking link.

RETURNS
Return Period: We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Nevertheless, if you decide to return an item, you have the option to do so within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the original condition.
- Accompanied by all original packaging, including boxes, dust bags, and tags.
Final sale items are non-returnable.
Return Process: To start the return process, get in touch with our Customer Service team. They will give you a return authorization and additional guidance. We will process returns within 7-10 business days after receiving them.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges: We don't facilitate direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, kindly return the original item and place a new order.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Any harm resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Normal deterioration, such as scratches, scuffs, or fading.
- Alterations made by a third party or modifications not authorized by Lhenoir.
- Loss or theft of the product.

Repair and Replacement: Should your Lhenoir product exhibit a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product at no cost to you.
- Provide you with a similar item if repairing the products is not an option.
- Offer a credit or refund if neither repairing nor replacing the product is feasible.

CLAIM
Contact Us: For assistance with initiating a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service team. Provide your proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs if possible.

Evaluation: Our expert artisans will evaluate the condition of your product and decide on the best course of action. Please allow 3-5 business days for this evaluation.

Delivery: If your product requires repair or replacement, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Lhenoir will take care of the return shipping costs within the United States. For international claims, shipping expenses may be applicable.​​
